Once your sessions are booked with us, you agree you’ve read our legal notices and cancellation policies fully and comply with them. If you or members in your party have any concerns with our policies, please get in contact with us as we’d be more than happy to work out whatever confusion there may be. We want more than anything for you to be comfortable and confident in booking with us.
Every person receiving a massage or body treatment must be 18 years old, if not, we are required to have a parent sign a waiver of consent. Each client receiving a massage or bodywork treatment must fill out a client intake and consent form before their massage.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within that time frame you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled services.
If you are late to an appointment we cannot inconvenience our other clients booked that day, therefore we will end your treatment at its scheduled time and full payment of services will be required. Appointments scheduled and cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled service will be charged as a no show.
For the protection of our therapists and all our clients, if you are sick or had been sick within the past 5 days, please let us know so we can gauge whether or not receiving our services is best. If you become sick the day of your sessions, please let us know so we can cancel your appointments without charging you. If information of you or people in your party being sick is withheld from us and our therapists arrive finding out, they have the right to object to setting up and you will be charged as a no show. Please do not withhold this information from us as we strive to keep you safe.
Our Therapists reserve the right to object to an in home set-up based on work space and weather. We want to provide you with the highest quality massages, in order to do so, our therapists need to be comfortable.
Outdoor in home massages are weather permitting and at the Massage Therapist’s discretion. All set-up is done one time to accommodate the entire group.
