How long have you been open?
We have been happily relaxing the Outer Banks since 2010.
What Do We Need To Know For You To Schedule An Appointment?
We need to know how long of a massage each person would like? How many massages you will be booking? What day and time would you like? If anyone is Pregnant? Or Under the age of 18? For In Home Appointments, we will need to know the physical street address of where you are staying to determine if it’s within our travel range and if there’s a minimum number of massages to come out. We also require a credit card to put on file in order to place the appointment in our schedule for our 48 hour cancellation policy. Our policy states that you have up until 48 hours before your appointment to make changes. Anytime less than 48 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full amount of the scheduled services unless the appointments slots are filled by another client.
What Time Should I Expect You For An In Home Massage?
Our therapists will arrive approximately 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to set up. We bring everything from music, tables, sheets, etc. Our therapists only set-up one time. The setup may be inside or outside weather permitting. The therapists have the right to object to any set-up based on their comfort, in order to give you the highest quality massages.
Are There Any Limitations To Booking An In Home Massage?
Yes, a minimum number of people may be required per therapist to book an appointment. This number will depend on what time of year it is and how many therapists we have staffed. Expect higher minimums in the summer months. We do not offer hot stones or spa packages for in home appointments. Clients may pick from any basic massage styles: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Integrated, Pre-Natal, and Reflexology.
What Areas Do You Travel To For In Home Massages?
Our therapists are happy to serve the following areas: Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Southern Shores, Duck, Corolla, Colington and Corolla Light throughout the year, some exceptions do apply. We do have some restrictions on houses located on Old Oregon Inlet Road in Nags Head.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments, if you do not cancel 48 hours before your appointment we will charged 100% of the services booked. If you are late, you are still responsible for the price of the service booked. Every person receiving a massage or body treatment must be 18 years old, if not they must have a parent sign a waiver of consent. EACH client receiving a massage or body treatment must fill out a client intake and consent form before their massage. In Home Massage set-up is for the therapists’ comfort, therefore they may object to any area based on workspace and weather.

Outer Banks Massage Therapy accepts Cash and Major Credit Cards.
All prices listed do not include the therapist’s gratuity.
